Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Expert to protect our organization’s infrastructure, networks, and systems from potential threats and vulnerabilities. The ideal candidate will security protocols, analyse risks, and ensure compliance with industry standards to safeguard sensitive information.

 Key Responsibilities:

1. Security Strategy & Implementation

• Design, implement, and manage security policies, and systems to protect the organization’s data.
• Conduct security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Required Proficiency in Fortinet Firewalls, WIFI networks, VPN, CISCO Switches

2. Threat Detection & Response

• Monitor systems for suspicious activity, investigate security breaches, and respond swiftly to mitigate threats.
• Implement Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) solutions to detect potential threats in real time.

3. Vulnerability Management

• Perform regular penetration testing and vulnerability assessments to ensure systems are secure.
• Deploy patches and updates to fix identified vulnerabilities.

4. Incident Management & Forensics

• Develop and maintain incident response plans and conduct drills to ensure readiness.
• Lead forensic investigations and post-incident analysis to improve future security measures.

5. Compliance & Governance

• Ensure compliance with industry standards (SEBI,ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).
• Educate employees on security best practices and conduct regular security awareness training.

6. Collaboration & Reporting

• Collaborate with IT, and legal teams to ensure security policies align with organizational goals.
• Prepare detailed reports on security status, incidents, and improvements.

 Required Qualifications & Skills:

 Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications are highly desirable.

 Certifications (Preferred):

• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
• Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)
• Fortinet Certification (NSE)
• CISCO Certification (CCNA-CCNP)

 Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, and security best practices.
• Expertise in firewall management, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and SIEM solutions.
• Hands-on experience with penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, and threat analysis.
• Proficiency in encryption, authentication protocols, and access controls.
• Familiarity with cloud security (O365, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Proven track record of managing security incidents and implementing mitigation strategies.

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle incidents effectively.
