Designation: Sr.Executive – Admin (2 nos)
Location: Corporate Office – Ahmedabad
Qualification: Graduation is must
• Knowledge of MS office (excel and word) is a must.
• Good written & communication skill. Communication Skills (Verbal and Written) –
• Good command over English. Excellent Followup skills.
Experience: Minimum relevant experience of 3-4 years in Administration, back office, admin, etc.
• Co-ordination with vendors, suppliers, accountants, housekeeping staff,peons,other admin staff.
• Petty cash management for corporate office and other branches, Manage travel & hotel booking for heads & Guest, verify cash expenses, bills & vouchers, Resolve all queries related to administration,
• Preparation of Vouchers, Daily MisReport,verify bills & forward to account department, Supervision of the support staff.
• Industry experience – Financial Services will be preferred, Hotel Management, Hospitality, etc.
Reporting: Reporting to – Admin Manager
